Description -

Get Active is a Physical Activity programme for adults. We aim to encourage and support the residents of Bolton to become more active and achieve the current recommendations of physical activity to benefit their health. The Get Active Team develop physical activity opportunities across 11 areas of Bolton. We provide sessions at reduced cost within the heart of local communities.
