We all have wellbeing and we can all experience ups and downs in our thoughts and feelings, the other areas of Explore Your Life are designed to connect people with information and services that improve wellbeing.
About one in four people suffer from a diagnosable mental health problem ranging from mild to severe. People who suffer from phsyical health problems may also be at risk of mental health problems if their condition is having a negative impact on their thoughts and feelings. In this section we look to provide information for people who may be living with a physical or mental health problem.
The other areas of explore your life are important to everyone, people with living with physical and mental health problems can and should improve wellbeing to support recovery and improve resilience and quality of life.
